The Australian Computer Society is responsible for undertaking a Skill Assessment of applicants to test their skills, knowledge, qualifications, and experience. This Skill Assessment is for non-ICT graduates and applicants with an insufficient record of ICT background. They will be asked to prepare an RPL report as per the guidelines given by the ACS society.
The RPL report must be written on the applicant’s experience in the field that matches the ANZSCO code occupations. Applicants must choose the correct ANZSCO code for the field they qualify for. So, don’t forget to check the document checklist mentioned by ACS.
Understand the visa requirement
If you need clarification, you ought to consult professional agents for help. The Department of Home Affairs has listed all the options for a visa, and you can look for the one that suits you the best.
Understand the ACS requirement
We recommend that you carefully read the ACS requirement rule. You must read the manual to understand the skill assessment guidelines and the criteria you must meet to qualify.
Understand the ACS Application type
After having proper knowledge of the requirements, the next step is to choose the ANZSCO code that matches the occupation you are applying for. Does it match the skills, knowledge, and experience you possess?
If you have submitted your ACS form previously, you will need to log in to your account maintained at the ACS forum before you apply for another application.
