ACS Skill Assessment Qualification Suitability Criteria

ACS SKILL ASSESSMENT QUALIFICATION is the most essential for anyone who wants to migrate to Australia and get PR. ACS SKILL ASSESSMENT is a pathway for the migration process. There are different qualification types of the ACS skill assessment work experience requirements that will enable the applicant to meet the ACS Suitability Criteria.

The experience that you require while applying for skill assessment from ACS depends upon your qualifications. Below are the different types of qualification criteria:

Bachelor Degree ( or Higher) with an ICT Major

• If your degree with ICT major which is related to your designated occupation is assessed, you will require 2 years of relevant work experience accomplished within the past 10 years, or 4 years relevant work experience accomplished anytime in your past work history (whichever date is earlier).

• If your degree with an ICT major which is not related to your designated occupation is assessed, you will require 4 years of relevant work experience accomplished anytime in your past work history.

Bachelor Degree ( or Higher) with an ICT Minor

• If your degree with ICT Minor which is related to your designated occupation is assessed, you will require 5 years of relevant work experience accomplished within the past 10 years, or 6 years relevant work experience accomplished anytime in your past work history (whichever date is earlier).

• If your degree with ICT Minor which is not related to your designated occupation is assessed, you will require 6 years of relevant work experience accomplished anytime in your past work history.

Certification of Diploma or Vendor

• If your diploma or vendor certification with ICT major which is related to your designated occupation is assessed, you will require 5 years of relevant work experience accomplished within the past 10 years, or 6 years relevant work experience accomplished anytime in your past work history (whichever date is earlier).

• If your diploma or vendor certification with ICT major which is not related to your designated occupation is assessed, you will require 6 years of relevant work experience accomplished anytime in your past work history.

Non- ICT Diploma ( or Higher)

If you have a non-ICT degree qualification, you require a minimum of 6 years of work experience as a professional ICT employee in a field relevant to the nominated occupation ANZSCO Code along with an appropriate Recognition of Prior Learning application.

Work Experience Only- Recognition of Prior Learning Assessment

If you do not have tertiary qualifications, you require an additional 2 years of work experience as ICT skilled employee (8 years in total) but the additional 2 years’ experience I not required to be relevant to the ANZSCO code along with an appropriate Recognition of Prior Learning application.
